Answer: dont know what youall was watching but Harvick is the guy that made the first and second move which will get penities and fines for both.first harvick gets out of the car and walks over to Montoya,then he reaches for Montoyas helmit.as much as Harvick has done that to other drivers im surprised it hasnt happaned yet.to top it off that move he made after they got cars back on track was a bonehead move.what if Montoyas car was runnin right Montoya would have plowed him
